RepAlarm Privacy Policy

Effective July 16, 2026

Overview

RepAlarm is an iOS app made by Everyday Software. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used. The short version: almost everything stays on your phone, and we collect as little as possible.

Data We Collect

Optional account. You can use RepAlarm without an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider.

Workout stats. When you are signed in, your workout stats (streak, rep totals, and last-completed date) are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) so they can sync across devices. If you are not signed in, nothing is stored in the cloud.

Alarms and settings. Your alarms and app settings stay on your device. They are never uploaded.

Sensor data. RepAlarm uses your phone's motion and proximity sensors to count reps. This sensor data is processed on your device only and never leaves your phone.

What We Do Not Do

  • No ads
  • No sale of your data
  • No third-party tracking SDKs

Analytics

We do not use any analytics beyond Apple's standard App Store analytics.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all synced stats at any time using the Delete Account option in the app. You can also email us at jude@everydaysoftware.ai and we will delete your data for you.

Children

RepAlarm is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
