Business Phone Call Flow Builder

Describe how your business phone should route calls, in plain English, and watch AI map it into a call flow. Or build it block by block. Then, if you like it, we will build the real thing.

🪄 Describe it, AI maps it

Write how calls should work at your business. Example: "During business hours ring the office first, and if nobody answers in 20 seconds have an AI receptionist pick up and book appointments. After hours the AI should answer everything and text me a summary. Anyone who hangs up should get a text back."

Methodology: per-seat figures use RingCentral RingEX published pricing as of August 2026 ($20 to $35/user/mo billed annually, $30 to $45 billed monthly) as the market reference. See the full RingCentral alternatives comparison. We quote flat monthly pricing per business; we do not publish a one-size number because flows differ.

Call Flow Builder: FAQ

What is a call flow?

A call flow is the path an inbound call takes through your phone system: what the caller hears first, how business hours change the routing, which phones ring and in what order, when an AI receptionist or voicemail picks up, and what happens if nobody answers. Every business has one, even if it is just "my cell rings and then voicemail". Designing it deliberately is how you stop missing calls.

Is this call flow builder really free?

Yes. No email gate, no signup. Design as many flows as you want. If you want the flow you designed to become your actual phone system, that is the part we sell: we build and host it for you at a flat monthly price.

Can this call flow actually be built?

Everything in the block palette (greetings, business-hours rules, menus, ring groups, AI receptionist, voicemail to email, missed-call text back) is standard on our hosted phone system, in any combination and order. Describe something more exotic and the answer is usually still yes: if you can explain it on a call, it can be routed.

How does the per-seat cost comparison work?

The comparison uses RingCentral's published August 2026 RingEX pricing, $20 to $35 per user per month billed annually and $30 to $45 billed monthly, as the reference for what per-seat VoIP platforms charge, plus its published add-on prices like the AI Receptionist from $39/mo. Your flat-rate quote from us depends on what your flow needs, not on your headcount, which is why we do not publish a one-size number.
