Voice AI for freight brokers and 3PLs

AI voice agents thatwork inside your TMS.

They answer carrier calls, run your check calls, chase paperwork, and cover nights and weekends, then write the result straight into Alvys, McLeod, Turvo, Rose Rocket, or whatever you run. Not a message service. A teammate with API access.

Listen for yourself

This is what a check call sounds like

Thirty seconds, three questions, and the load record is updated before the driver hangs up. Play it and decide whether your drivers would mind this call.

Agent

Hi, this is dispatch calling on load 48210. Are you loaded and rolling?

Driver

Yeah, loaded out of Joliet about twenty minutes ago.

Agent

Perfect. Any issues at the shipper, and what is your ETA into Columbus?

Driver

No issues. Should be there around six tomorrow morning.

Agent

Got it. I have you departed the shipper at 9:40 with a 6 AM ETA, and I am putting that on the load now. Drive safe.

The freight moves on the phone. Your software does not answer it.

Every brokerage runs the same math. Carrier reps repeat the same load details forty times a day, check calls get made when someone has a spare hand rather than when the load needs one, and the phone goes dark at 6pm even though trucks do not. Buying a better TMS does not fix any of that, because the TMS was never the problem. The phone is the last completely manual channel in your operation, and it is the one your customers judge you on.

What it handles

The calls that eat your team's day

Inbound carrier sales calls

Answers every is-this-still-available call, confirms lane, equipment, and windows from the live load, captures the MC number, and warm-transfers only the carriers worth a rep's time.

Outbound check calls

Works your entire check-call list on schedule or on a trigger, captures position, loaded status, and ETA, and writes it back to the load without anyone typing.

After-hours and weekend dispatch

Covers the hours you cannot staff. Drivers get a real answer at 2am, and problems reach your on-call person in minutes instead of at 7am.

POD and paperwork chasing

Calls for the documents holding up your invoicing, tells the driver exactly where to send them, and flags the load when they land.

Appointment confirmations

Calls facilities and drivers to confirm dock times so you find out about a moved appointment before the truck does.

Escalation with full context

Rate negotiations, service failures, and anything unusual go to a human with the load, the carrier, and the reason already gathered.

TMS-integrated, not bolted on

It reads the load mid-call and writes the outcome back

This is the part most voice AI skips. Anything can read a script. What matters is whether the thing on the phone can look up load 48210 while the driver is talking, confirm the pickup window from the actual record, and post the ETA back before the call ends. That takes real API work against your TMS, which is what we build.

  • Authenticates as its own application with scopes you control, never a shared login
  • Reads live loads, stops, carriers, drivers, and appointments during the call
  • Writes status updates, notes, ETAs, and stop events back to the record
  • Listens to TMS webhooks so an event can trigger the right call automatically
  • Leaves a transcript and recording attached to every update it makes

Where a voice agent pays for itself

Carrier sales: every posted-load call answered in one ring, day or night
Track and trace: check calls that happen on cadence instead of when there is time
After hours: real coverage instead of a voicemail box nobody checks
Billing: PODs chased the day of delivery, not the week after
Retention: reps stop doing the work that made them quit the last job

Running a workflow that is not on this list?

How it works

One workflow live in about a week, then expand

01

Connect your TMS

You issue scoped API credentials. We start read-only so you can see exactly what the agent sees before it writes anything.

02

Script from your real calls

We build around how your brokerage actually talks to carriers and drivers, including the calls it must never handle alone.

03

Point one line at it

Keep your numbers. Forward after-hours, overflow, or a dedicated carrier line, and schedule the outbound calls you want run.

04

Tune from transcripts

Every call is recorded and transcribed. You listen in week one, we tighten it, then you hand it more of the phone.

Questions brokers ask us

We build against whatever your brokerage runs. Alvys, McLeod LoadMaster and PowerBroker, Turvo, Rose Rocket, Tai, Revenova, Descartes Aljex, and AscendTMS are the ones we get asked about most, and we have written detailed pages on each. If you run something in-house or something regional, that is usually fine too, because the requirement is an API or a supported integration path, not a specific brand.

It updates the load, when you allow it. Modern broker TMS platforms expose the writes a check call produces. Alvys, for example, publicly documents endpoints for updating loads, creating load notes, and recording stop arrival and departure. Rose Rocket publishes webhook events like Order In Transit and Order POD Uploaded. We use the documented paths, and where a system does not offer one, we tell you before you buy rather than after.

In practice, yes, because the alternative is voicemail. It answers in one ring, gives a straight answer about the load, and gets off the phone in under a minute. It identifies itself honestly when asked and hands off to a human quickly when the call needs one. The complaints we see are about agents that stall and will not transfer, so we build the opposite.

Accidents, injuries, cargo claims, and anything safety related go to a human immediately, every time. Rate negotiation usually should too, at least at first, though the agent can gather the load, the MC, and the offer so your rep starts the call already informed. We define this list with you before go-live and we do not quietly expand it.

An answering service takes a message and emails it to you. This looks up the load, answers the question from live data, writes the outcome into your TMS, and escalates by your rules. The message-taking model is why brokers stopped using answering services for dispatch in the first place.

Flat monthly, scoped to your call volume and the workflows you want covered. We do not bill per minute or per seat, because a per-minute meter charges you the most for exactly the calls you most want automated. We quote after the demo, once we know what we are actually building.
